The Ambe Intergenerational Health Empowerment Organization (AIGHEO) connects children and seniors through evidence-based health programs.
We turn research into action — creating projects that promote nutrition, mobility, hygiene, and mental well-being, while strengthening bonds across generations.

AIGHEO studies public health data and reports to identify key challenges facing children and seniors — such as nutrition, mobility, hygiene, and mental well-being.
This ensures every program is evidence-based, not just a good idea.

They turn that research into real, practical programs — like cooking workshops, balance classes, hygiene lessons, and community gardens.
Each project includes measurable goals, clear steps, and community participation.

Children learn about healthy living, hygiene, and nutrition.
Seniors stay active, share their experience, and regain a sense of purpose.
Together, they build mutual understanding and support across generations.
At The Ambe Intergenerational Health Empowerment Organization (AIGHEO), our mission is to empower children and seniors with the knowledge and tools to take charge of their health and well-being.
We believe that when generations come together to learn, share, and support one another, entire communities grow stronger and healthier.
